- Obtain information regarding the manner of presenting the application for indemnity (Extraordinary Risks Insurance or Motor Vehicle Liability Cover).
- Presenting applications for indemnity for damage resulting from extraordinary risks (only material damage).
- Make enquiries regarding incidents or the situation regarding the processing of an application for indemnity (Extraordinary Risks Insurance or Motor Vehicle Liability Cover).
- Contracting Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance when cover has been turned down by insurance companies.
- Apply for information about questions related to the liquidation of insurance companies and in those in which the Insured as such has an interest.
- Obtain information on how to consult the FIVA ((Fichero Informativo de Vehículos Asegurados ¿ Insured Vehicles Database).
