Apart from approving the surcharges and the coverage clauses to be included in ordinary insurance policies, the Directorate-General of Insurance and Pension Fund's Resolution dated 27th November 2006 (modified by Resolution dated 12th November 2088) determines the statistical information that must be provided by the insurance entities to the Consorcio. The corresponding list of statistical records is included in Appendix III of said Resolution.
