The Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros has its own assets which differ from those of the State. Its income is made up by the premiums it collects, the surcharges and the product of its investments and, just like any other insurer, these make up the technical provisions and enable them to maintain a solvency margin.
Amongst its assets, the Consorcio has an important property portfolio, which is made up for the most part by buildings in Madrid and Barcelona that are destined for office use. The entity's investment strategy is geared towards acquiring the most representative properties of the highest quality in areas of prime real estate, and the rental of these to large institutional public and private clients. In order to obtain information about properties that are available and the rental conditions for these, contact Central Services at the Secretariat-General.
