4. Royal Decree 312/1988, of 30th March, empowering the liquidation of social provision entities, today assumed by the CCS.

5. Order of 25th March 1988 containing complementary norms to the Royal Decree 2020/1986 of 22nd August.

In the single overriding disposition it is declared that the following are overridden:

• Royal Decree Law 10/1984 of 11th July.
• Law 46/1985 of 27th December governing 1986 Budget, additional dispositions 14 and 38.
