  Contains the modifications introduced in the Resolution dated 27-11-2006 (Official State Bulletin [BOE] nº 292, dated 7-12-2006), and by the Directorate-General of Insurance and Pension Funds Resolution dated 12-11-2008 (BOE, nº 280, dated 20-11-2008). Section four of the latter Resolution sets out a transitory adaptation regime: "Newly issued insurance contracts that are taken out in the six months following the date on which the present Resolution comes into force must be adapted to conform to same; those insurance contracts that already existed when the Resolution came into force, must be adapted no later than the first expiry following the first six months after it came into force".
